英国签证求助 - “your case is considered to be complex”

最近刚刚申了英国旅游签证，收到一下这份邮件。本人中国护照有绿卡没有任何不良历史。去年也成功申请过6个月旅游签证我。已经有计划一个月之后去英国，怕签证放不下来。不知道小伙伴们有没有收到过类似邮件？万谢！

Dear applicant,

UKVI in New York processes all straightforward visa applications within 15 working days.  However, your case is considered to be complex, so the processing time for your visa application may extend past the normal 15 working days.

We will continue to process your application as quickly as possible, and UKVI will provide you with an update every 15 business days.  We will notify you immediately when your application has been completed.  

Regrettably, we cannot respond to status enquiries,  so please do not make any travel arrangements until you receive your documents back.   We appreciate your patience as we continue to process your application.

英国签证现在很慢 我今年3月在纽约这边申的 3月8-10号中间某一天寄出材料 记不清具体哪天 但3月28才批下来
