The landlord just bought the 3-floor townhouse in this April for her daughter who's attending UC Irvine, there is a single bedroom with a separate bathroom on each floor for each resident. Everything is new in the house and in the room to sublease, the girl bought new bed, chair and desk, kitchen suppies in this May when move-in.
