Description POSITION SUMMARY: - Position serves to support all processes to create, deliver, and manage accurate, timely and relevant financial reporting, planning and analysis for the Bumble and bumble brand.
JOB DESCRIPTION: -Assist with maintaining financial schedules ensuring accuracy and timeliness; Brand Internal, Affiliate, and Corporate submissions for Actual, Estimate, and Budget. Develop any new schedules to enhance Brand analysis. -Participate in the preparation, analysis and presentation of monthly departmental expense reporting to department heads on an ongoing basis. -Review monthly departmental expenses for accuracy. Offer input on exposure, potential for savings. -Analyze YTD spend and offer recommendations for T&E improvement. -Point of contact to support the Corporate Meeting Card and Concur expense reimbursement process from a brand perspective. -Indirect Procurement Point of Contact. Responsible for training Bumble employees on Indirect Procurement process and in SAP/SRM, liaising with Center Buyers Network, Corporate AP, and Vendor Master Data. -Maintain customer point balances. Ensure any adjustments are approved and documented. -Manage the brand Online E-Share program commissions. Prepare and distribute payments to customers. -Coordinate, procure, and track IT equipment for distribution related to new hires, terminations and upgrades. -Manager pricing updates in SAP system and process consistent SOX 404 requirements. -Prepare weekly retail commissions, brand cross charges, special events payments for submission to payroll. -Special Projects as needed. - Builds Collaborative Relationships: Builds relationships based on trust and respect. QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient in Excel, Point of Sale (preferably Millennium or Zenoti), and accounting/financial reporting systems (preferably SAP and CPM). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Self-motivated individual who shows passion and takes pride in their work. One who demonstrates an interest in accomplishing team and individual goals and exceeding expectations. Proactive individual looking to continuously take on responsibility and improve processes and procedures. Minimum Education level: Bachelor of Science (Finance/Accounting preferred) Minimum Years of Experience: 1-2 Years Required Language Proficiency: English
