- HR responsibilities
- Support senior staff and multi task
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Perform office duties
- Create and post contents on company's social media outlets
- Initiate and participate in daily conversations across social media
- Find new ways to reach potential audiences
- Assist with social campaigns
- Assist with influencer outreach and relationship building
Qualifications: - Must be an extreme organizational expert with attention to details
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience: Social Media Marketing: 1 year
- BONUS: Administrative Skills: 1 year
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Rising college senior (as of Fall 2018) or completed bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an eagerness to learn on a daily basis
- A great listener who takes direction well
- Confident to work independently and take initiatives
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Enjoys workings with a small entrepreneurial team who loves taking risks, wear multiple hats, and are always ready for the next challenge
- Takes pride in the smallest of tasks
