Job Description
Assist the manager with operational activities of the center. Assist with planning and developing systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of services. Supervise tutors and teachers in accordance with company policies and procedures. Meet sales quota set by the center manager.

Job Responsibilities
o Provide clients with excellent educational and consulting services.
o Keep the center presentable and workable for tutors, students, and potential clients.
o Meet work schedule.
o Meet sales quota set by the center manager.
o Promote and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
o Follow up on new leads and referrals obtained from field activities.
o Be familiar with sales materials and current products.
o Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
o Identify and resolve client concerns.
o Prepare class material for students and teachers.
o Manage day to day processing of accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks while maintaining
o high accuracy.
o Attend regular corporate meetings.
o Coordinate between Sales Department and Consulting Department/Tutoring Department in accordance
o with company policies and procedures.
o Assist manager with any operational and sales tasks.
o Train and oversee administrative assistants.
o Manage and give daily tasks to administrative assistants.
o Communicate with manager on a daily basis.
o Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Indirectly supervise 1-3 part-time employees in the Sales Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
o Additional responsibilities include: planning, assigning, and directing work.
o Addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Job Requirement
o Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
o Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
o Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
o Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
o Computer Skills
oAccounting software; Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.

o Ability to speak fluent Mandarin
