Hi I am looking for a roommate to split rent on 2b2b Apartment ( Pavona Apartment, floor plan is Piceno, 1056 Sqft) in downtown San Jose, close to Japan town, light rail , 280,880,87&101 freeways. It's only 6 mins away from San Jose State University. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, 2 mins walk to the park. Fitness center, club house, pool, hot tub, plenty of guest parking, private access entry, built-in microwaves, dishwasher, washer, dryer, refrigerator, central heat and AC, private patio.
The rental fee for the 1b1b room is $1300, and we will share other utilities fees. My roommate will move out before 9/1/2017. Our lease will end in 03/14/2018. If you are interested please text me by 520-665-1891. Thanks!
