01/01/2017 起出租一间卧室，在central alameda。
Rent is $800 + utilities (~$50), and the deposit is $660.
The lease is month to month and you are welcome to move out anytime, but we prefer someone who is here for at least 1-2 years.About us:
Roommate #1: Male in his 20s who works in San Francisco in the tech industry. During the weekends, he enjoys hiking, badminton and the occasional board game night with friends.
Roommate #2: Similar to roommate #1, but also loves video games, fishing, and occasional camping trips.

About You:
-You should be someone who has a stable job and a normal working schedule
-No preference for gender, but prefer someone who is also in their 20s/early 30s
-Even better if you have similar hobbies!

About the room/house:
-Single room that fits a desk and queen size bed nicely (see unfurnished vs. how our roommate furnishes)
-You will be sharing a bathroom
-Large living room that is usually not occupied
-Kitchen that is usually not occupied during the weekdays (tech companies provide most meals), so culinary geniuses welcome
-Street parking is extremely convenient; there will always be a spot for you

General roommate rules:
-No outside shoes while in the apartment -- we keep our area clean
-No smoking/smokers, NOT 420 friendly!
-Our apartment complex doesn't allow for pets (sorry dog/cat lovers!)
-No loud noise past 11pm, as we live in a noise sensitive apartment complex (received complaints when a former roommate was practicing guitar)
-Clean up after yourself (ie. No dirty dishes in the sink, take out the trash occasionally, etc.)
-Occasional overnight guests are okay, but we don't want a 4th roommate
