Hey there! My Husky and I are seeking a young profession roommate to move in together at River Front in Mission Valley on beginning of July.

Elegant clubhouse with access to Wi-Fi,
Mile-long community jogging trail
Private dog park

My ideal roommate would be- responsible, clean, loves dogs, and does not bring the party home, has a reliable job, pays rent on time, does not have guests over everyday

I work weekends in mission valley area and registered for fall classes. I usually like to run errands or chill at home or beach/pool on weekends. I love hiking, traveling and going to the beach a lot, but I am often out of town traveling and my dog would go to the dog sitters. I am very polite with good manners and am respectful of others. I am neat, I am not loud, I am prompt and always on time with my rent. In short, I believe I would be an excellent roommate. =)

I have furniture for common living areas.
