国航北美总部诚聘客服业务代表

中国国际航空股份有限公司简称“国航”,英文简称“Air China”,其前身中国国际航空公司成立于1988年。国航是中国唯一载国旗飞行的民用航空公司以及世界最大的航空联盟——星空联盟成员丶2008年北京奥运会航空客运合作伙伴,具有国内航空公司第一的品牌价值,在航空客运丶货运及相关服务诸方面,均处于国内领先地位。国航承担着中国国家领导人出国访问的专机任务,也承担许多外国元首和Z*F首脑在国内的专包机任务,这是国航独有的国家载旗航的尊贵地位。2008年9月8日,国航北美地区总部宣告成立,下辖的营业部包括:洛杉矶、旧金山、纽约、休斯敦、华盛顿、夏威夷、温哥华及蒙特利尔。随着地区总部的成立,北美呼叫中心正式启动并投入运营,纳入国航“大北美”的整合战略中来,划归北美地区总部直接管理。经过近年的不懈发展,如今的国航北美呼叫中心已经扩展为拥有中英文双语座席人员近40名丶业务范围覆盖整个北美丶亚太等十余个国家及地区的代理人及旅客,服务内容可以涵盖全流程票务服务以及多项增值延伸服务,管理流程规范化丶数据化的中型呼叫中心规模。国航北美呼叫中心竭诚邀请有志人士加入国航的行列,共创辉煌!




国航北美地区总部诚聘若干名客服业务代表,工作经验和技能要求如下:
中国国际航空公司北美总部招聘客服代表:
1丶大专以上学历,具有良好的中英文表达能力;
2丶有较强的服务意识及亲和力;
3丶能熟练运用各类办公软件(Excel,Word等);
4丶能够承受较强工作压力,可承担周末丶节假日及早晚轮班;
5丶性别不限,有航空公司或航空地面代理工作经验者优先;
6丶福利环境佳,求职者需具备美国合法工作身份;

JOB DESCRIPTION
Works in a cooperative spirit to ensure the success of AirChina;
Handle outbound and inbound calls for passengers and travelagents
Handle incoming request from customers by email or fax andmanaging their inquires or requests
Answer Customer inquiries regarding flight arrivals, delays,cancellations, flight irregularities, facilities, and other


generalinformation.
Learn and complete the process of taking reservations, issuingtickets and making changes to the existing tickets;
Provides friendly service to and maintains positiverelationships with all internal and external Customers.
REQUIREMENTS
College graduate or above with good communication skills in bothChinese and English;
Good communication & customer services skills;
Skilled use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.);
Self-motivated;
Weekend/holiday shifts required;
Applicants must have legal permit to work in the U.S.

that willprepare for your job. It will cover:
basic procedures
knowledge of the airlines
security training
using the public address system
manual handling
