Amazon Store Card怎么使用啊？

最近想申一个amazon store card，但是不知道这个卡怎么使用，是不是没有年费，只要往里面充钱，下次使用就可以直接用卡里的钱，没有限制。。。
有没有用过的筒子介绍一下？
