We are a medical clinic in the Chino/Chino Hills area looking for a front office assistant!
Job requirements:
- Must be bilingual (converse in both English & Mandarin)
- Must have a professional demeanor and positive customer service attitude
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be computer literate
- Must be organized with attention to detail
- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Previous experience is a bonus but not required
Job responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and answering the phone
- Taking messages and scheduling patient appointments
- Patient check-ins
- Managing/filing medical information and patient records
- Administrative tasks as required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
