The home features a very large master bedroom(19*11), walk-in closet, a stylish kitchen with granite countertops and stainlesssteel appliances, and vaulted ceilings with wood-burning fireplace.

Owner pays for POAfees, which include the use of a clubhouse, exercise room, swimming pool, andfront yard maintenance. Renter is responsible for all utilities and back yardmaintenance. No smoking is allowed. Small pets are negotiable with additional fees.This home is a duplex, and will be ready for move-in on August 1. Minimal 1year lease. Rent is $1600.
