Office is currently expanding in both Canada ,and US. Our company is technology-driven financial services firm based in Burlingame, California. Since we are currently expanding in both US and Canada, we are opening a few positions in Burlingame, CA. We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic individual to manage the daily oversight of the office as well as manage a wide range of projects. The responsibilities of this position have the opportunity to expand as far as the individual is capable.
The ideal candidate is local to the Bay Area individuals and it is energetic, thrives using technology, can work with little guidance, and is willing to contribute to many areas of the company's growth!
Responsibilities may include but are by no means limited to:
- Oversee all office management duties to ensure a pleasant and efficient work atmosphere
- manage all the resources and data
- Coordinate travel arrangements for prospective candidates and employees
- Schedule and facilitate meetings
- Establish and negotiate contracts, leases
- Supervise subcontractors for various repairs or building improvements
- Assist with recruiting
