标题: 问问关于citi的rewind
好久没在卡板发帖了，上来问两个问题哈

rewind的政策是：过一段时间，同一家店便宜了，补差价？还是只要发现更便宜的就补差价，不管是不是同一个网店？

另外一件，我自己遇到一件比较奇葩的事儿，主要也是赖我

我在ebags上买了个包，不知道有20% off code可以用，然后就没用

拿citi的卡买的

不知道这种情况，能用citi的rewind政策么？

citi的语言是
“Log in to the Citi® Price Rewind database and search for the item you bought within the last 60 days, we cannot automatically search for your items because individual purchases are private and not known by Citi.

Select your item, enter the purchase details and submit.

We'll look for a lower price than what you paid for the item you just registered. If we find one within 60 days of purchase, we'll send you an email confirmation.”

感觉有点完全它说了算的意思……

不过见Q&A有一段
“I found a lower price on my own. Can I still request a refund?
Yes. If you find a lower price on your own, you can complete a manual claim form to receive a refund. You will need to provide the advertisement containing the lower price for your item, and a copy of the itemized receipt for the item purchased that was made entirely with your Citi credit card.

The advertisement of the lower price must have been published or made available within 60 calendar days after your purchase date and must be for the same item by the same manufacturer for a lower price.”

所以我感觉不同的店，只要是同件商品就可以。

rewind用过一次，不方便。要你自己贴更便宜的链接上去的。如果靠它自己扫，就像个白痴模式一样完全找不到其他更便宜的。我貌似记得我是一件tee比我买的时候便宜了10刀，还是under armor官网的，不是野网站。然后我就试着用了rewind，它完全找不到，然后还一个星期来1-2封email和我update他们一直在search，但是到现在没search到更便宜的。我心想真是放p啊，我自己都看到官网便宜了10刀了。所以从此不再相信这个什么rewind。另外coupon没apply的话直接联系客服price match，不行的话return再买。

after discount code 的差价price rewind不给的。而且rewind的好处是它会自己给你比价，坏处就是你不知道它比的哪里。你也可以手动提交claim，不过那样就很麻烦，price rewind最大的好处就是简单粗暴省力。
