When a customer informs the bank that they are subject to backup withholding, the bank is required to withhold a portion of the interest earned and send it to the IRS. 有没有懂的大神告诉我，是什么意思？是不是IRS盯上我了，还是我的存款超过一定数额就会触发这个动作？我每年报税都找的CPA，应该不会有问题…..
