Room Details:
- Room is 11 x 10 (110 Sqr feet)
- Private bathroom is 4 x 7’6 (attached to room)
- Unfurnished
- Laundry in Building

Rental:
- Non-smoking/non-weed household
- Preferred no/light cooking
- Please keep visitation to a minimum
- Utilities are split between 3 housemates
- 6 month rental minimum
- $1100/month for 6 month period, then month to month
- Should be dog friendly as the house has a small poodle (9lbs)
- Small and well-trained pet would be allowed

Location:
- Quiet townhouse neighborhood
- Small parks in the neighborhood, great for jogging and dog walking
- Very central location
- Beside Great mall (1 min walk) Movie theater, Shopping plaza, Home Depot, Restaurants
- Close to 680 and 880 highways
- 10 min drive to 99 Ranch and Costco
- Trader Joe’s (10 mins walk)
- Garage parking
- Bart station 15 mins walk
