为什么宝宝睡觉要听白噪音？

在听着Alexa自带的白噪音和宝宝一起睡了近8个月后，我终于忍不住本着科普的精神，做了研究！

不仅如此，我编辑了自己的白噪音！不仅仅是白噪音，还有粉噪音，棕噪音，大雨声，水流声，各种背景声音的呀。

科普一下为什么听噪音宝宝睡得更舒服之前每次出差的时候，酒店的床头就会有一个小小的音响可以放白噪音。我当时就奇怪，怎么会有人需要这个东西入睡呢... 直到我有了娃。
白噪音 White Noise白噪音是一种频率均匀的声音，类似老式电视机静止时的「雪花」音。这种恒定、平稳的声音可以掩盖环境背景中杂乱的声音，帮助你集中注意力，更快入睡，并且睡得更深。
粉噪音 Pink Noise粉红噪声听起来很像白噪声，但强度稍弱，也是频率均匀的声音。但它强调较低的频率，使其效果更加柔和。可能通过粉红噪音获得稳定的睡眠。
褐色噪声 Brown Noise褐色噪声也叫“布朗噪声”，因为它类似于粒子在液体中做布朗运动。该噪声以随机模式占据最低的频率，有助于抑制频谱上的其他噪声。褐色噪声听起来很像海滩上的波浪，非常适合冥想和放松，帮助你进入深度睡眠。
大自然的声音也很悦耳取决于宝宝的性格，每个人对于声音都有不同的敏感度。我小时候很害怕打雷的声音，长大了却很喜欢听下雨的声音。觉得尤其浪漫... 我这里也做了不少背景声音。分享出来。
