标题: 请问属于新泽西纽瓦克区域的面试到哪个时间的了？

USCIS官网显示纽瓦克区域办公室（Newark Field Office） 2017年9月30日处理到2016年10月31日的485申请。

请问各位，现在面试到什么时候递交材料的了？谢谢！

我今年6月底递交的材料，目前进展是收到Combo卡。485的状态还是Fingerprint Fee Was Received。

你们呢？每一个number都找不到吗？

我们的130去年就批准了。因为我之前是绿卡申请我老公的，今年刚考了公民，他在这边调整身份。9月份我拿到公民纸就马上交485-765-131这三个表，目前是这三个表都查询不到任何信息。我也在myUSCIS注册了账号，都不能添加这三个receipt number。很奇怪，就一直显示号码是错误的，error。移民局那边叫我申请超过45天再打去咨询

USCIS有些细节真的很不靠谱啊！比如我的EAD卡都收到了，那时的网上状态还是在制卡中。

那你这个combo卡的时间有点久呀，四个月了快。我个人没有用任何一种办法催过，因为都是在平均时间以内，所以我也不是很清楚怎么催。群里有小伙伴打电话给uscis、发邮件和打电话给议员办公室，据说多多少少都有点效果的。要不你试试按照你的zip code搜议员办公室联系一下？

我按照自己的case number，我刚刚悄悄去看了在我前面的，数字减少一些，和我一样时间交的！都还没收到，稍微舒服一丢丢，现在反正九就是pending，急不来。发发牢骚，舒服点点。也没打算用combo回去了吧中国，所以也算了。

哈哈我当时也没打算用combo卡回国，而且之前也没驾照啥的所以也没急着找工作，所以combo卡一直都不急。现在Combo卡拿到3个月了，ssn办好了也快3个月了，我还在排队考驾照的路考，Newark这边的人真是可歌可泣的多。面试也是，之前就听闻Newark这边一年左右，所以我也是牢骚归牢骚，但其实也没有很生气。。。

我也查过那个时间，那个时间大意是去年11月的时候处理到前年11月的案子，就是12个月的处理周期的意思。大致也就是做个参考。我知道的也都差不多10-12个月的处理周期。

找到一些你那个办公室的面经分享一下

Today I and my family had been interviewed at Newark NJ office.The process ..........

We reached the Newark office at around 6:45 am and got in the line, some people were reached before me.

The interview schedule were different for all four of us but we went at the same time.

The IO was very polite and courteous. She called my name and only I was allowed and rest three waited.

The IO asked to take Oath and then checked the fingerprint, asked for my Passport and DL. She asked me to sign form as I

had not been accompanied by my attorney. She was prepared and has sticky notes for everything she need from me.She

asked for Employment verification letter, Tax returns (2015 and 2016 only), pay stubs for last three months, Birth certificate (I

submitted Non-availability certificate along with affidavit from Parent and uncle) and Supplement J. She checked all the

documents. and lastly she asked me i485 yes/no question.That's all for me.Then shed asked documents for my wife and

children like birth certificate, passport. It took me for 20-25 minutes. Then she done with me and my wife has been asked for

standard i485 yes/no question.My kids were not interviewed. At last she said all things look good and will receive your card

within few weeks. That's alllllllllllllllllll and done......................

Before Interview: Me and my wife reached the office at around 6:50am (appointment was at 7:15am for me & 8:15am for my wife) and already there was bit of queue lining up. The doors opened at sharp 7am. I met up with my lawyer at the waiting area where she submitted our appointment letters. It took about an hour for our name to be called. The IO called my name at around 8:20am and I asked him if my wife could join to which he had no issues.

Interview: Honestly I was expecting a full set of questions with regards to my job and about the marriage to my wife. The IO was very pleasant and took just our passports, followed by taking our finger prints. To my surprise he barely asked us any questions other than the normal I485 based questions (arrested, drugs, terrorist etc). I was just asked where I worked and what I did. Towards the end of the interview he mentioned that this was based on formality for my case. It wouldn't have been there if not for the recent requirements. At the end he mentioned he will approve both our cases either by today or tomorrow and that we can expect the card in 3-4 weeks. The interview was done in maybe 15 mins if not less.

This never felt like an interview but more like a conversation. Or maybe I got lucky with the IO, hopefully even others who are appearing for the interview have a good experience! I'll update with the timelines of when my case gets approved on the system and when we receive our cards.

Finished my interview today. The officer was nice and took us to his office after greetings. We started with an oath and then he asked for documents specifically the birth certificate original and the passport. Then he inquired about my various US visas in both my passports and checked on number of travels outside US on existing visa. He didn't ask for I-94 but was checking details on his system for my different trips outside US. After that he asked for the index fingers scan and picture from his camera.
After verifying birth certificate, he asked about the employer verification letter and pay stubs. I proactively offered supplement J but he mentioned that concurrent cases do not need supplement J. anyway, he took some time to see the EVL, paystubs and made some notes on the file. IRS return for previous year were matched with W2 as well. Then he asked I-485 yes/no questions: in random about 10 of them. then he mentioned that there isn't anything else needed for the interview. I thanked him and asked about any information etc needed from my end still. He politely mentioned no and wrapped up the interview.

ead是自动延长半年还早你马上可以有面谈信了就很快

恩恩，我并不担心EAD，我是担心我驾照过期。驾照上时间就是9月28日到期。不过我也还没去查相关的资料。想着快面试了。。。

收据上有个Priority Date（优先日），就是我们作为申请人最初提交移民申请被uscis确认的日子。

刚看到新泽西有个三个月获得绿卡的case。不知道是不是newark办公室。

10/04/17 收到765/131 批准信
10/06/17 收到Combo卡
4/21/18 收到邮件，面试已安排
4/27/18 收到面试通知
5/31/18 下午2:15面试

同Newark另一位申请人跟我几乎同时交件，同一天收到邮件、面试通知、同一个时间段面试

不好意思才看到帖子。谢谢哦。现在Newark普遍就是11个月的速度。7月交的申请人也陆续在收到面试信了。
