Just give you bank a call first, they usually have more information than available online.

I quickly called my bank. The charge, at least for me, was insufficient funds in my bank. You bank might have charged you for the transaction bouncing.

还是你从paypal转账到另一个帐号了？

楼主应该问问paypal或者你绑定的卡的银行

就是说你在网上买东西用paypal的account，但你的account的钱不够，所以就要charge你所绑定的银行账户上
