请问下大家申请完信用卡后，我提交了，最后他说要我再给他们打电话：

但是他们给我发的邮件里面没有说要我打电话。我想问问打电话是强制的吗还是随意啊。。。我有打电话恐惧症，一打电话连中文都说不清。。。
