大家好！有一个填DS160时候的问题想问一下：
有一栏是要填上一次你的visa的信息，我上一次是申请的F1，是递签所以签发地是广州
这次是h1b所以要面签，我离上海很近所以申请的是去上海的领事馆，于是下面这个问题我就不知道填YES还是NO：Are you applying in the same country or location where the visa above was issued, and is this country or location your place of principal of residence?
