We have one room in a single family house for rent. It has its own entrance and is furnitured with bed, desk, bookcase, microwave and fridge (no kitchen). You will be sharing a bath room with one tenant in another room. Refer to the pictures for room conditions.

The place is located at the heart of south bay and is easy to commute. It takes a few minutes to Central Express Way, San Tomas and 101 Highway, and is within 15-minutes driving distance to major company offices in Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas and San Jose.

The rent is $800 + $50 utilities (including in-house laundry, internet, etc.) per month. The room is available from July 7. Looking for working single person for rent.
