标题: Citi Prestige Retention offer
刚刚打完电话，要到了传说中的Retention offer，好高兴，又可以去超市和药店买买买了！
给了三个option：
15000 points after spending 6000 over the next 6 months
10000 points after spending 3000 over the next 3 months
4 additional points on gas, grocery, and drug store over the next 6 months (cap is 50000 points)
先给了前两个，我问有没有其他选项，给了第三个，高兴的接受了~

开卡多久了？花了多少？能给个data point么？另外你是直接问有没有retention offer吗？

4月初开的卡，花了16K，我是先在自动语音系统说要cancel the card，转到人工以后就开始说一些不足，然后突出思想就是typ不够，然后他就给了
