[size=12.8000001907349px]The NPI team is responsible for successful transfer of current and future technology generations to multiple factories.

[size=12.8000001907349px]RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Train Engineers in the knowledge, skills and expertise necessary to start up and ramp production at multiple Factories
• Review, exercise and revise existing operational procedures and documents
• Create fingerprint documents for Product, Processes, Materials, Equipment, Maintenance and Manufacturing
• Support receiving team in the start up and ramp production at Factories in China remotely and/or on-site
• Act as liaison between R&D and production for current and future technology
• Lead and own improving and sustaining process of MHT technology
  

[size=12.8000001907349px]SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2-5 years in a technically related role, preferably in solar, semiconductor, or similar industry
• Excellent data analysis and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes
• Good understanding of SPC in a manufacturing environment including analysis and implementation
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word
• Proficient in writing and presentation of corrective action, process pass down, data reporting, procedures and documentation
• DOE and statistical analysis application using a statistical software program (such as JMP) is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to stay focused on multiple assignments simultaneously
• Can-do attitude. Ability to keep to a schedule and do what it takes to satisfy a deadline!
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
• Experience with Vacuum system and PVD process is a plus
• Travel to China during factory start up is required

• BS in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.  Advanced Degree is preferred.
