招聘岗位：地产经纪人（全职或者兼职）
主要职责：
1、负责客户的接待和咨询工作；
2、陪同客户看房，促成房屋买卖或租赁业务；
3、负责公司房源开发与积累，并与业主建立良好的业务协作关系。
任职要求：
1、诚实守信、吃苦耐劳，具有良好的团队精神；
2、热爱地产行业，喜欢销售，积极乐观；
3、中英文流利；
4、有相关经验者优先；中文流利者优先；
5、在美国合法工作身份，接受CPT、OPT学生。

Job description：

Rent, Buy,or sell property for clients. Perform Duties, such as study property listings,interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discussconditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. Includes agents whorepresent buyer.

Job tasks:

·        Presentpurchase offers to sellers for consideration.

·        Actas an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generallyrepresenting one or the other.

·        Adviseclients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and relatedmatters.

·        Accompanybuyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on thesuitability and value of the homes they are visiting.

·        Coordinateproperty closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.

·        Interviewclients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.

·        Developnetworks of attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors to whom clients may bereferred.

Requirement:

·        Bachelor’sDegree

·        Mustbe able to demonstrate cooperative behavior/attitude with team members

·        Willingnessto grow and learn both personally and professionally

·        Mustbe legally authorized to work in United State, accept OPT or CPT students

·        Bilingualin English and Chinese

·        Musthave sales  and marketing skills

·        RealEstate License in MA State preferred

·        Bilingualin English and Chinese preferred

·        RealEstate experience preferred
