Retail Store Sales Associate We have an opportunity for a talented, engaging and motivated Client focused sales person to work in our Madison Avenue RIMOWA Store in New York. RIMOWA’S World Class quality luggage needs your customer focused sales experience to generate sales through exceptional client relations and product knowledge. You will exceed our clients expectations; always acting with honesty, integrity and enthusiasm. Build Relationships with our Customers  Demonstrate the highest level of service for a luxury brand and assist in the cultivation of new and existing clients  You will become fully aware of our RIMOWA History and share that with current and potential clients as part of the sales experience. Your learning will be ongoing in this role.  Understand and achieve Personnel sales goals and contribute to store and RIMOWA success. Store Operations  Understand POS functions to ensure accurate store sales reporting and accounting  Conduct inventory counts and ensure accurate and efficient receipt and transfer of all goods  Receive, document and provide prompt follow-up for client inquiries and for repairs  Ensure constant achievement of merchandising standards and store readiness Requirements  Experience in retail with a luxury brand  Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude  Exceptional Client Focus with engaging communication skills  Keen to work evenings, weekends and holidays, it’s what we do!
