怎么样在【subway】里点餐

相信所有吃货刚来美帝的时候多多少少都会面临同一个问题，那就是点餐。
不怕大家笑话，小编来美后最痛苦的时间就是，刚刚抵达，开始上课，天天只有subway可以吃，但是又不知道该怎么点的时候。那时不光小编有这种困惑，周围不少刚来的童鞋都有这种苦恼，面对那么多可选项，可是就是不知道怎么说，怎么选，人生多苦痛啊。小编现在拿出自己的亲身经历来给大家稍微普及一下，如果去了subway，怎么样淡定的点餐。

看完这个视频，不知道大家有没有找到些许刚刚来美的自己的影子。不过，那是在一般的快餐店，如果你在subway，即使是yes...恐怕也不能帮你点来任何东西。。小编爱吃subway 第一因为健康，第二因为完全可以自己搭配（待会儿会告诉大家小编有多重口），第三是因为方便并且便宜。而且小编也喜欢吃三明治。一般家里自制的三明治就是肉片，煎蛋，酱，蔬菜，这样已经很美味了，更何况subway有那么多可选。下面就简单的给大家介绍一下如果在subway点餐。

首先跟大家说一下步骤：首先你可以选择你想要沙拉还是三明治，如果选择沙拉的话就是没有面包，以及不会加热，余下步骤一样。
                1.选择面包；
               2.选择鸡蛋；（有extra bacon选项）
               3.选择肉类(有 extra meat选项)；
               4.选择起司；（有 extra  cheese 选项）
               5.选择是否加热；
               6.选择蔬菜；
               7.选择酱料；
               8.选择是否要套餐，如果是，选择薯片/饼干，和饮料/鸡汤,蛤蜊汤。

接下来就详细的介绍一下每一个步骤都有哪些可选项：

1.选择面包。首先，你要选择要一整个（foot long）还是要半个（6 inch）。
                  然后，供你选择的面包有这几种：italian（意大利白面包），9-grain honey oat(蜂蜜燕麦)，9-grain wheat(全麦)，Italian Herb and Cheese（意大利薄荷起司），flatbread(小面饼)，这几种是每个店常见的。下面几种比较不常见： hearty italian bread，monterey cheddar，parmesan oregano bread，roasted garlic，sourdough bread，

2.选择鸡蛋。这个方面有三种可选 regular(正常的鸡蛋饼)，all white(全蛋白的鸡蛋饼)，all yellow（全蛋黄的鸡蛋饼）。

3.选择肉类。其实种类真的很多，小编尽量把自己记得的写出来：turkey breast，ham，chicken breast，roast beef，tuna，turkey salami，beefsteak，bacon，meatball，pepperoni，genoa salami，turkey bologna，shaved steak，buffalo chicken 等等。所有这些肉，如果你想要多要一些，就可以告诉他们extra meat。

4.选择起司。起司的种类有：white american,cheddar,pepper jack,swiss,provolone,mozzeralla,jack.
稍微介绍一下
blue cheese 蓝纹奶酪
是一种味道强烈，有点辛辣的奶酪
Monterrey Jack cheese 蒙德勒杰克奶酪
是一种有奶油味，口味温和的奶酪
Gouda cheese 高达奶酪
以德国小镇高达命名，是一种甜的，有水果味的奶酪
pepper jack cheese 胡椒奶酪
是一种有点辣的奶酪，因为加上墨西哥辣椒，所以会有一点一点黑颗粒
mozzarella cheese 意大利白奶酪
牛奶味很重，常用于做比萨
Swiss cheese 蜂窝奶酪
是一种淡黄颜色，表面有洞的奶酪。味道温和，有核果味。
cheddar cheese 切达奶酪
是美国最普遍使用的奶酪，按照制作方法的不同有各式各样的口味。

5.选择是否需要加热。他会问你 toast or not？，加热就说yes，不加热就说no。稍微热一点，cheese就会融化在肉上，不喜欢吃太凉的可以选择。一般咱们天朝来的孩儿们都喜欢tou一下。。

6.选择蔬菜。蔬菜的种类也蛮多的，有一点要强调的是，如果要加黄油果，需要加半块钱。蔬菜的种类有：onion，lettuce，tomato，pickle，peppercini，jalopenos，grean pepper，cucumbers，spinach，cilantro，olive。

7.选择酱料。这里要注意了，在选择之前一定要摸清楚自己喜欢哪些酱料，因为酱料直接影响到味道，小编自己觉得最保守的就是ranch，mayonnaise，honey mustard和chipotle，不会有奇怪的味道。酱料的种类有bacon, ranch dressing, olive oil blend, red wine vinaigrette, mayonnaise, light mayonnaise, honey mustard sauce, chipotle southwest sauce, vinegar, sweet onion sauce, and yellow or brown mustard，barbecue sauce。
除此之外，还有盐，胡椒，肉桂，oil可选。

8.结账。他会问你，要不要make it combo。如果是套餐的话，可以有一个中杯的水，或者从冰柜里拿你想要的喝的，然后加上一个小零食，这个时候你也可以加上一碗汤，就更完整啦。

为什么说小编重口呢。小编一般会点两种，
一种是超清淡的 flatbread+tuna+spinach+tomato+cucumber+ranch 就完了。
另一种是超重口的 wheat+buffalo chicken+ american cheese+toast+banana pepper+tomato+cucumber+lettuce+spinach+green pepper+chipotle+ranch+black pepper。。。

重口不重口。。完全取决于心情
