豁免已经是好几年前的事情了，把经验po上来大家参考参考~由于许多都记不清了，把能找到的材料先放上来~仅供参考~

J-1豁免清单（给中国大使馆）

不是 J1的两年限制，为了申请绿卡做铺垫~

难怪申条件绿卡里面有问到是否持有过J1。我现在在申绿卡，刚开始，我是4年前拿的J1，是不是就不影响现在了？

只有会过两年才不会受限制，如果这四年你都是呆在美国或者第三国好像还是会有影响。之前我申请绿卡的时候有人说要先看是否会受两年限制，据说不是所有的J1都有。但我不是很放心，所有还是先豁免了，大概等了半年

J1 Waiver很重要，不waiver对将来移民申请和工作申请都会带来麻烦。

不知道呢，貌似大部分都有，我只听到过有个朋友是美国出钱的项目，没有两年限制
