Bilingual Warehouse/fleet manager

We are a fast grow national furniture deliverycompany looking for a strong Fleet Operation Manager. You will be responsiblefor keeping your team of drivers motivated and organized. The right candidatefor this position will have a positive attitude, great management skills and beable to multi-task at a high level. You will be responsible for fleetmanagement, warehouse management, delivering of furniture, as well as ensuringour costumers are provided with the highest level of service. If you are ameticulous person who strives for excellence in all that you do, this positionis a right fit for you! This individual will be the primary point of contactfor customer retention.

Duties Include:

Recruit, hire, and organize training for routedrivers / helpers.

Oversee cost-effective and efficientmaintenance of entire fleet.

Responsible for the performance management ofall operation personnel in the team.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service andOperations Managers to facilitate new business implementations and correctiveaction regarding failures

Close monitoring and documentation of fleetperformance issues and costs.

Manage field operations technology devices andimplementing process improvement

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years management experience with 5+employees team

Must be able to work in extremely fast pacedenvironment and be able to multi-task

Excellent communicate skill within internalmanagement and team members

Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel or otherrelated software is required

Third party logistics distributor experience isa PLUS

Forklift experience is a PLUS

Bilingual: English and Chinese (Required)
