Responsibilities:

·        Timely and accurately fulfill orders from eCommercechannels

·        Enter, maintain and merchandise the online productcatalog directly in our inventory system.

·        Set up, manage, and optimize product listings acrosseCommerce channels (including product title, descriptions, images, keywords,and other contents).

·        Receive, inspect, and ship outgoing inventory on anas-needed basis.

·        Answer customer service calls and reply emails

·        Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's Degree or above

·        Bilingual in English and Chinese

·        Very Strong English written and verbal communicationskills

·        Be computer proficient in MS Office

·        Must be self-motivated, organized and detail oriented

·        Previous experience and knowledge of online selling aplus
