Title: Billing/Office Assistant
The company was launched in 2016 as a professional management company to manage local healthcare companies (e.g. Adult Day Health Center, Home Health Providers etc). We are dedicated to providing comprehensive, personalized, cost-effective management services.
Requirements:
Technology savvy with a strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office(Excel & Word)
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Data entry: Must be able to enter attendance information weekly into billing system
Reports: Updating multiple department reports, develop formatting for workflows and forms
Administrative: Various administrative tasks for management (e.g. Filling, answering phones, print & scan etc.)
Provide additional analytic supports as needed
