工作职责:prepare, review, code and reconcile payment requests, expense reports, credit cards, and sub-grantee financial reports using coordinate weekly accounts payable with bookkeepers and operations administrators.
respond to inquiries on invoicing and payments and resolve issues, liaise with outside vendors and bank representatives
review sub-grantee financial reports to identify and resolve budget, compliance and /or other issues
work closely with the bookkeeper to assist the director of F&A in the monthly close of the books
produce monthly BTA (budget to actual) reports for current NVI projects
work in cooperation with the director of F&A and the executive director to prepare and process outgoing grants and contract document
assist the director of F&A in developing projects budgets for new grant proposal, working with executive director, project managers and other program team members
support annual and grant-specific audits
work closely with the director of F&A and the relevant program teams to develop and submit annual grant budgets, assist in analyzing and rationalizing variances
assist in the development of NVI annual budget and projections, managing organizational cash flow and forecasting
prepare financial statements for quarterly board meeting and assist in the preparation of the board book
技能要求:bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred
at least two years of experience as a financial analyst in banking, management consulting, or accounting or in a finance support role at a for-profit or nonprofit corporation (or a strong reason why your experience is equivalent)
familiarity with or NGO administrative /finance experience is plus
familiarity with GAAP, non-profit account expertise a plus
excellent computer skills, including fluid proficiency in modeling in MS excel, and powerpoint
experience with quickbook or equivalent accounting software a plus
strong analytical skills and problem solving ability, initiative-taker
strong writing, interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail
ability to translate financial concepts to -and to effectively collaborate with programmatic and fundraising colleagues who do not necessarily have finance backgrounds
ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, flexibility to take on diverse duties, anticipate problems, and navigate changing priorities
