【LA地区全职招聘】Repair TechnicianJob Description: Under limited supervision, perform a variety of complextechnical tasks which include LED troubleshooting capabilities designed toisolate and resolve LED issues experienced. Handle all repairs of failed componentsto ensure 100% operation of product/s via testing prior to returning to theclient. Essential Functions:Following is a list of the job’s essential duties andresponsibilities. Other duties may be assigned. l Provide daily technical troubleshooting and repairs of faultyparts. l Test and validate all repairs once complete. l Complete all system tracking of material used and hours performedper work order repair. l Coordinate with Technical Support Engineer/Lead on servicesperformed so costs can be applied towards warranty or service work order. l Manage all repair tasks assigned. l Complete applicable administration in relation to the related activities. l Evolve technical database repository for tech support use.(Problem/Solution Tree) management. l Provide RMA / Tech support health reporting as needed bymanagement. l Conduct routine tests and solve mechanical or electronic problemsinvolved in the operation of the products. l Streamline efficiencies through the organization of repair work stations. l Complete proper tagging and movement of material in and out ofrepair center. l Work with material management/warehouse team for logistics andproper packaging of repaired parts. Required Education and Experience:l Preferred AS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering,Technical service repair certification or other technical related areas l Trouble-shooting skills related to electrical hardwareand computer software. l Soldering, Heat guns, circuit board repairs, mechanicalrepair, electrical repair, and optical repair experience. l Complex system circuit level repairs such as LED, LCD,CRT, Projection, Servers, lighting elements, moving heads, etc. l Expert level service professional with the ability to workwith a high level of integrity and with minimum supervision. l Demonstrated ability to use sound independent judgment. l Intermediate computer and networking skills. l Ability and experience working with excel, word, access,power point, ERP/CRM systems. l Proficiency or fluency in additional languages ispreferred, but not required.
