Digital Marketing Manager/Specialist  




The Digital Marketing and CRM manager will develop and drive tactical programs for customer acquisition, conversion and customer experience across our multiple marketing channels. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this data-driven marketer should have extensive experience in both CRM and Growth Marketing to ideate, launch, and optimize new and existing digital campaigns and flows with the goal of fueling customer acquisition, conversion and retention metrics. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketer who will be tasked with generating site traffic, new customer acquisition and loyalty. They will also be accountable for taking the acquired traffic and leveraging CRM strategies (lead nurturing) to help User Acquisition channels (display, paid, search, etc.) with last-mile marketing efforts. They should have strong experience leading customer retention and engagement initiatives for eCommerce retail platforms, ideally in a direct response role. This individual will also manage a newly launched loyalty program to drive repeat sales, increase average order value and lifetime customer value. This is a relatively new eCommerce retail business and as such you will need to be extremely hands on with day-to-day management as well as overseeing and developing the digital program as a sole contributor with cross functional eCommerce team members and departments such as Creative, Marketing, and eCommerce Tech Dev.
Responsibilities:
· Drive marketing efforts within email, push, SMS, and other digital channels.
· Utilize data and insights through ongoing multi-variate and segmentation tests while recommending opportunities to discover the best marketing practices within each customer segment.
· Build and maintain customer database and rapidly expand a newly launched customer loyalty program.
· Work closely with analytics to identify the key drivers of engagement and conversion to launch actionable insights to continually improve marketing efforts.
· Manage digital ad spend, develop and measure ROI and ROAS daily and weekly.
· Manage all remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
· Hands-on-tactical development, build and launch of 3-5 HTML campaigns per week.
· Develop strategy and tactical program for PPC and Google Shopping.
· Drive all direct response channels including email marketing and personalization.
· Consistently review and react to sales performance through insightful analysis of the business.
· Continually seek ways to drive sales and implement strategies to improve overall productivity and profitability.
· Utilize selling and Google analytics to identify opportunities to improve conversion, product page view, cross-sell and add to cart rates, all to drive incremental sales for areas of responsibility.
· Conduct regular competitor analysis to make recommendations on new demand generation and digital programs to invest in.
· Analyze sales revenue and expense metrics to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:
· Min of 5+ years of growth and digital experience across CRM, email marketing, customer segmentation, and/or growth marketing.
· Strong quantitative and qualitative analytics skills with a strong desire and understanding of multi-variate testing.
· Prior experience working closely with IT teams and act as a liaison between the CRM platform and IT teams.
· Ability to manage and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships across multiple teams (Marketing, Creative, Merchandising and Operations, etc.) and an ability to coordinate timely feedback and approvals.
· Strong knowledge of how to use top-tier email and AI service providers such BlueCore.
· Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and email QA tools.
· Bachelor's Degree (BA) or equivalent from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Expert at Google Analytics and other Analytics tools.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
· Google AdWords certification and expert-level user of Bing Ads
· Great attention to detail.
· Great communication skills (written and oral).
· Well organized and motivated team player.
