Responsibilities：

You'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above

2. Establish effective working relationships directly with clients

3. Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen

4. Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

5. Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

Basic Qualifications:

1. Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in completing aspects of the Internal Audit process.

2. Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the understanding of current issues key executives contemplate, in a variety of industries.

3. Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success directing company- or firm-wide functions that applies to the planning, executing, reporting financial, operational and compliance related audits/projects to facilitate complex financial, operational and compliance related engagements.

Position: Business Strategy Consultant

Location: New York, NY

Work you’ll do:

You will drive the work product (e.g. qualitative or quantitative analyses required to develop meaningful insights) that will address our clients’ biggest challenges. These challenges encompass everything from helping clients increase revenues, decrease costs, accelerate cash flow, improve margin or optimize their operations (people, processes, technology, etc.). You will gain client experience, work collaboratively with other project team members and enhance your skillsets (e.g. business, strategy, technology, organization, etc.).

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree from accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record.

2. Functioning as a Consultant in a prior Consulting environment, or managing teams in an Operating environment is preferred.

3. Experience crafting and implementing strategies for growth at the corporate, business or product level.

4. Demonstrates consistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility; performed above expectations in professional roles.

5. Superior critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Exceptional interpersonal, team-building and communication skills; outstanding integrity, initiative, creativity, and passion.

7. Ability to work in an ambiguous environment; strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

8. Ability to work independently; lead teams focused on specific work streams of large projects.

工作内容：

1.非标项目投后管理，包括产品季度运行情况总结，跟踪项目交易主体经营情况，不定期对项目进行检查，按季度撰写非标项目投后管理报告；

2.债券信用评级、债券库管理；定期核查库内债券的信用资质变化情况，按季度对资管业务主动管理类产品持仓债券进行风险排查并撰写分析报告；

3.标准化产品（包括权益类、债券类）日常风险监控；

4.准备监管要求的各类数据与统计；

5.完成部门领导分配的其他任务。

能力要求：

1.管理、经济、金融、保险、精算、市场营销、信息管理等相关专业；

2.需要较强的研究与分析能力，有良好的沟通与团队协作能力；

3.熟练操作Office套件（以PPT、EXCEL为主）；
