Position: Course Consultant

Position Summary:
Course Consultant will be responsible for securing excellent sales results, ensuring a high-quality customer experience in handling inquiries about Smartstudy courses, meeting all KPIs and delivering Sales and Customer Relations services to enable the Sales Team to meet its sales targets. The successful candidate needs to have a proper appreciation of the education industry and Smartstudy products to be able to give a substantial academic justification for every piece of advice.
Core Responsibilities:
Promote courses and other service packages to potential students. Make effective sales presentations and product demonstrations. Create value and grow revenue by analyzing and addressing customer needs. Effectively liaise with Marketing, Teaching and Service Department. Assist with organizing events and other administrative duties upon request. Identify product and services development opportunities Assist with Course Consultant Manager to develop and maintain a systematic sales plan and an up-to-date database of customer and sales information. Contribute to regular weekly/monthly reports and forecasting information to Course Consultant Manager.
Requirements
Minimum one-year experience of Sales. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related discipline. Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese. Strong organization and prioritization skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Understand and practice the marketing strategies of language training courses such as IELTS, TOFEL, SAT, GRE, GMAT etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suits and other statistics analytics tools.
