工作地点:Brea, CA  
办公室经理助理岗位职责:  
1. 接待学生/家长,维护办公室秩序  
2. 安排会议,更新日历,整理文档表格,确保信息准确无误  
3. 接听和转接电话,处理和回覆iMessage,微信等信息  
4. 维护客户关系及公司形象  
5. 完成上级安排的其他任务工作  
招聘要求:  
- 工作认真仔细,有办公室文职/教育/客服等相关工作经验者优先  
- 优秀的中英文口头和书面沟通能力  
- 具备团队合作精神,有良好的抗压能力  
- 具备多线程工作的能力,能够主动积极地发现和解决潜在问题  
- 熟练使用 Microsoft Word, Excel,有Google Docs, Calendar经验者优先  
- 本科及以上学历优先  
- 能工作一年或以上

Job Title: Office Manager Assistant/ Receptionist  
Location: Brea, CA
Job Description:  
As an office manager assistant/receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support for not only a branch office but across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the front office and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with the highest quality and in a timely manner.  
Job Responsibilities:  
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately  
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed  
- Update appointment calendars, documents, trackers, system files and schedule meetings/appointments  
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, etc., as needed  
- Respond to WeChat, iMessage, etc.  
Qualifications:  
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (would be great to be experienced with Google Drive, Documents, Calendar, Sheets)  
- Professional appearance  
- Solid communication skills both written and verbal  
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise  
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure  
- Must be able to work in a dynamic environment  
- Bachelor Degree preferred  
- Prefer bilingual (Mandarin and English) - read, write, speak  
- 1 Year Commitment A MUST
