Job Description Job Summary MentorX provides a critical solution to address the most challenging problem that hinders the overseas Chinese students. MentorX employs the latest technologies that bring the qualified mentors who are experienced industry specialists to guide students to meet tomorrow’s job requirements. The one-on-one career mentor sessions are designed for each student for which no school offers today. MentorX provides an indispensable part of learning for the college students and empowers them to be successful in their careers. Position summary: Do professional research and assist to edit some education design documents; Work with students and their mentors to provide necessary services. Responsibilities and Duties Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Strong writing skills with Chinese and English
- Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred) in education, curriculum and instruction, educational research, educational psychology, or related area with specific strengths in curriculum review, data analysis and educational assessment
- At least 1 year of related work experience in an educational setting, Business Development etc.
- Background in curriculum development, student learning assessment, and/or program evaluation
- Strong project management and time management skill
- Self motivated and self-driven, educational background with own materials preferred!
