Role Responsibilities
Process invoices into Accounting software, assist in monthly reports and spreadsheets. Coordinate credits, refund and claims as needed.Process updates to supply chain related fields in all systems. Ensure item records are set up correctly & accurately.Coordinate with logistics to arrange payment and assist with reconciling invoices & verifying receipts.Completing expense reports for the internal team.

Requirements
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, charts, tables).Excellent written skills is a plusAbility to collaborate effectively and work as part of a teamDetail-oriented, organized and accurate1 years of experience in Accounting fieldBachelor’s degree preferredAbility to learn accounting software/platformMandarin preferred
