Job brief:

We are looking for a talented Designer to work on the projects in domains of branding, web, and mobile. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, and possess superior visual design skills. You will work closely with design manager and our clients on products that will be viewed by a great amount of people.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and visually stimulating artifacts that effectively communicate complex ideas.
• Work within brand guidelines to create consistent layouts with strong attention to detail that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints.
• Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including websites and mobile Apps.
• Work closely in a team environment with another designer
  
  

• Manage project communications and workflow.
  
  

Requirements:

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Possess an appreciation for clean and impactful aesthetic. Specifically, hierarchy, typography, color pairing, and layout.
• Expert level skills in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and prototyping tools.
• Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere. Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last minute changes.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and self-starter personality with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
• Comfortable giving and receiving critical design feedback
• A portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in Chinese and English.
