Description:

• Responsible for employee payroll, expense reimbursement, tax payment and resolving possible discrepancies
• Utilizing financial software to process bills for payment of vendors and labors and recording the accounts received from customers
• Processing appeals for disputed payments from our online collection platform, handling with emergencies during settlement
• Completing monthly internal controls for contract labors and supporting internal/external audits
• Manage company budget to maximize revenue and identify potential areas of cost savings
• Maintain cash flow by reviewing banking activity and reconciling monthly reports
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
  
  

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required (MBA preferred)
• 1+ years experience in financial management with increasing responsibilities
• Fluent in both Chinese and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work activities and work in the tight timetable required
• Results-oriented and process-driven
