原租金$2,525, 现忍痛降价转租$1,999 /month! 这个价格针对的是两个月连租。
一个月的话，每个月＄２，２００．

Location: Financial District, John St and Gold St Transportation: 30-second walk to the 2&3 tains and 1 mins' walk to Fulton Street Station, with accesss to 2,3,4,5,A,C, R,W , J and Z trains! A couple of minutes' walk to World Trade Center Transportation Hub!!

Amenities：24-hour doorman, elevator, mail/package service, 24-hour gym, roof deck, laundry service in the lobby, etc. Numerous restaurants and supermarkets within proximity to the building (next door). Proximity to various entertainment venues, including South Street Seaport and Westfiled Mall.

Local restaurants and supermarkets: Xi'an Famous Food, Dig Inn, Sweet Green, Julibee Supermarket, Tomorrow (Mala Project's sister restaurant). Chop't, Just Sald, Chipotle, Dos Toros, South Street Seport with numerous restaurants and retails, Pier 17 with riverside lounge and celebrity restaurants

Apartment: 400+ SF studio with high ceilings, creating a spacious living environment. The apartment is brand new, neat and well maintained. Queen bed, TV, Chromecast, High-speed interent, clean full-size kitchen with counter and bar stools.

由于本人二月一日回亚洲工作，剩下的两个月房子需要找人接替lease。可以住两个月，也可以住下之后和management office续租。我的家具可以打折出让给你，或者我也可以彻底清空我的家具，at your option.

我对租客的要求：希望保持房子干净完善，直至两个月lease term fulfilled. 之后你可以选择续租或者搬离。若续租的话，你需要和管理公司新签合同（一般没问题，因为管理公司也省去了招下家的麻烦）这房子的一切就和我没有任何关系，合同双方即你和管理公司。 Rental period: 2/1 to 3/31 (2 months) Rent: $1,999 month ； deposit: $2,525 (原租金)。
