We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our headquarters in City of Industry, California. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing all day-to-day back office operations such as maintaining various project invoices;
- organizing files; data entry; ordering office supplies and equipment
- Assist in answering phones and receiving office guests
- Assist with scheduling appointments and calendar management for company executives
- Assist other departments with various projects as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS Fluency in English and Chinese required
- 2+ years of office administration experience
- Basic accounting experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel)
- Must have some college experience, a bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Good communication and customer relation skills
