ASK Trade Inc. is a fast-growing business in various fields, including import-export, e-commerce supply chain, New product development. We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team at our headquarters in City of Industry, California.

WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support staff team record inventory

Oversee shipping/receiving operations

Inventory control and organization

Schedule outbound and inbound shipments

Request Bills of landing from shipping lines

Assist with the communications with carriers when issues arise

Review all documents, contracts, and handle other tasks as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Fluency in English and Chinese required

Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations required.

Physical ability to lift to 40 lbs., bend, stretch, reach, and sit.

Detail oriented.

Must possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record.

Six months related experience required.
