ShopShops is an interactive, live-stream global marketplace that connects retailers and brands directly with cross-border shoppers. We have virtualized the physical shopping experience for global consumers by providing them with real-timecuration, interaction and content.

  We are seeking candidates who possess a strong background inorder processing and procurement life circle from order placing to orderfulfillment, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Our candidatesmust thrive in a customer-centric culture and possess a keen eye for detailsand exceptional communication skills.

Essential Functions:

• Process domestic and international orders
• Communicate in order purchasing with vendors
• Partner with Sales/Manufacturing/Shipping Departments to ensure order accuracy
• Generate POs and data reports
• Resolve customer claims from our Chinese customer services team
• Handle daily administrative tasks and other related projects as assigned
  

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s     degree minimum
• Must be fluent in both English and     Chinese
• Computer     proficiency in Microsoft applications especially in Excel and Word/Pages
• Detail-oriented,     multi-tasking and strong organization and communication skills
• Excellent     Customer service skill
• 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience
