You need to reach out to your US Senator(s), and Ombudsman. USCIS did not give you due process. This is USCIS error and they have to fix it. Find your US senator(s) here https://www.senate.gov/senators/contact

Find the Ombudsman here https://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance

And have the Office of the Inspector general investigate, if this is misconduct, neglect OR a system glitch, they will get to the root cause and fix it, so that it does not happen to others.

Once you get all these folks involved, you will witness USCIS acting by the book. Just watch.

有人貌似面试完没有结果就拿着combo回国了。回来被边检骂了半天，按道理在等消息的期间是不能回去的哦 祝楼主回来的时候碰到善良的officer

补的材料种类很多 不管是什么内容 移民官给结果是没有期限的哦 有人等一年多等来家访 家访完好几个月了也还没结果 家里还有共同的孩子在家
也有的等一年多等来第二次面试 这些都不是我们能控制的 一个字就是等
