This company is an emerging markets, private equity advisory firm. Founded in 1990, IAA  is a consortium of associates, with over two hundred years of combined experience, providing the strategic, global financial marketing and advisory services that are IAA’s specialty.
Two or three high performers, (MBA’s ideally); IT; Marketing; Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or Engineering e.g., who are focused and able to work with a minimum of supervision/direction. A great deal of time would be focused on researching private equity firms, which focus on oil and gas, enhanced oil recovery, water technology, health care and education, globally. IAA’s focus is on top quartile historical performance, and firms seeking to leverage their emerging markets footprint. IAA is strategically positioned in the GCC Countries and Latin America, where the Chairman and Founder has been doing business since the 1980s, while an executive at Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch. Compensation would be linked to contributions, closing of transactions, etc.

Intern responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Proactively research within the energy, health care and education sectors/private equity/financial markets for potential deals
-Work with Chairman to facilitate deal-making
-Diligent document management
Qualifications:
High achieving students, focused, intellectually curious, requiring a minimum of direction, and interested in the world of international business/private equity and technologies related to the energy health care and education sectors.
Daily interactions, with the senior officers of the firm, will result in a multitude of skill set enhancements. Interns must be very well organized and must follow instructions, be able to listen and execute quickly. This role would require emotional intelligence, sensitivity and a highly entrepreneurial/creative spirit
