Job Description
Title: Accounting Assistant
Our company is looking for an Accounting Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling checking daily Bank activity and performing other general accounting A/P and A/R duties.
Required Skills and Education:
Familiar in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and other office software.Ability to work under limited supervision.Highly motivated and team oriented.English and Mandarin proficiency preferred.· Monitor receivable aging
· Provide AR reports
· Perform bank reconciliation
· Enter data into accounts receivable general ledger accounts
· Monitor payable account
· Review the statement and outstanding invoice for A/P
