Founded in 2000, ENS Security has grown to be the leading manufacturer and distributor of professional CCTV surveillance products in the U.S. Currently we have 9 branches in New York, California, Texas, and Florida, serving customers across the United States and beyond.
We are expanding our sales team in all branches, and welcome sales professionals with talent, expertise, and motivation to begin a new journey in their career with us. Each individual in the sales team will grow to be experienced sales engineers through tailored sales and technical training, to provide professional solutions, prospect new opportunities, and explore undeveloped territories.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for directing and coordinating the daily operations of the company. Responsible for meeting performance targets for Safety, Quality, Cost, and Morale. Develops continuous improvement and efficiency strategies to ensure the company meets production goals and standards. Duties include instituting policies and procedures, training department leaders, maintaining the production schedule, and, motivating staff to meet production goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the daily operation of the branch, and evaluate each individual’s performance
  • Responsible for the accomplishment of operations goals and initiatives
  • Partner in the development of the operations strategies
  • Provide training, supervision, feedback, and discipline for operations team members
  • Take remedial actions for staff misbehavior or poor performance
  • Communicate efficiently with other departments to ensure a successful operation
  • Display fairness to all staff members; lead by example
  • Act as the company ambassador
  • Adhere to and enforce company policies
  • Address employee issues, using company policies to find and implement resolution.
  • Maintain proper plant staff, including hiring and firing
  • Will also be required to perform other duties as assigned
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent work habits
  • Positive outgoing attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 2 years of operation management experience
  • Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Bilingual Mandarin / English a Plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Systematic, clear, logical thinking and problem solving
