招聘职位： Opportunity Zone Fund经理/ EB-5项目经理

工作地点： Bellevue, WA

工作内容

OP 基金

-     负责融资方案的策划,编制融资项目的可行性分析报告以及风险控制报告,提出融资项目的具体运作方案;   

-     负责与目标融资机构例如银行进行商谈,确认融资的具体方案;   

-     负责控制和监督融资方案的具体执行进度;并提供融资效益分析报告;  按照公司要求完成短期和长期的公司财务计划；

-     与相关基金律师、中介机构、移民律所配合、组织及执行基金所需文件；

-     建立、维护和开拓融资渠道,保持与相关金融机构以及中介机构的良好关系;   

EB-5 投资移民

-     开拓EB-5市场，积极挖掘潜在EB-5投资人与合作中介并完成签约；

-     与相关基金律师、中介机构、移民律所配合、组织及执行基金所需文件；

岗位要求

-     本科及以上学历，经济或者商科相关专业

-     熟悉基金管理程序，有3-5年以上基金相关运作、管理和营销经验，丰富的谈判经验和组织推广活动经验 (有EB5 相关经验优先考虑)

-      能承受一定的压力与挑战，具有优秀的团队合作精神、良好的客户服务意识

-     掌握基本的MS Office技能

-     优秀的中英文沟通能力（口头与书面）

-      合法工作身份

OpportunityZone Fund Manager / EB-5 Marketing Manager

Job Duties:

OpportunityZone

• Provide input into the development     of a strategic plan for the fundraising campaign(s), including fundraising     goals, budget recommendations, vendors, and timelines.
  
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the     on-going fundraising campaign(s), including fundraising efficiency (cost/expense),     community engagement, event satisfaction, and overall success of the     campaign.
  
• Develop and execute plan efforts and     make analysis report for project updates, quarter and annual finance report.
  
• Identify and network with     corporations, fund lawyers, banks for documents in need.
  
• Partner with and act as a resource     to potential partner relating to their fundraising campaigns and efforts.
  

EB-5

• Develop and manage new referral     partners for EB-5 investors and Equity Investments；
  
• Convert Investor leads into actual     investments;
  
• Identify and network with     corporations, key donors, immigrant lawyers;
  
• Reach out to potential customers     relating to their investment and immigration.
  

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years working experience in investment/fund     management and/or financial services marketing, (prior to one with EB-5     market development experience)
  
• Demonstrated experience in     investments, capital fund raising, real estate and/or finance industries
  
• Exceptional verbal and written     communication skills in professional contexts including marketing and     business communication (e.g. newsletters, investor reports, sales     presentations, social media feeds)
  
• Experience in understanding,     reviewing and explaining complex legal and financial documents
  
• Experienced in marketing,     promotion, fundraising and negotiation
  
• Task-oriented, organized, and high     communicational skills.
  
• Proficient in Chinese and English –     ability to write and speak professionally
  

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

• Investor Relations/Real Estate     Finance/Financial Services: 3-5 years (Preferred)
  

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required) or above，prefer Economics or Business relevant major.
